Free Shipping Thresholds

• USA: FREE shipping on all orders over $100.00

• Canada: FREE shipping on all orders over $200.00

All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and delivery location.

Order Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Shipping time frames begin once the package leaves the warehouse.

Domestic Shipments (USA)

• Contiguous U.S.: Shipped via FedEx One Rate

• Alaska & Hawaii: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate
  (maximum 1 Biohacker box per shipment)

International Shipments

• Canada:

  • Shipped via USPS Flat Rate

  • (maximum 2 Biohacker boxes per shipment)

  • Estimated delivery: up to 4 weeks

  • Customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order. Orders delayed or held by customs are beyond our control.

• Germany:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

  • Duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost

• Other International Destinations:

Orders Not Meeting Requirements

• U.S. orders not meeting One Rate or Flat Rate criteria: +$3 surcharge

• European orders not meeting Flat Rate criteria: +$5 surcharge

Undelivered Items

If your parcel is returned to us due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will refund the full value of your order minus shipping costs. In some cases, a re-shipping fee may apply, based on the order's weight and destination.

To report a missing or damaged parcel, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipping date.

Courier investigations cannot extend beyond this period. We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments for claims made after this window.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that covers packages that are damaged, stolen, or lost in transit. Without it, Lifecykel will not be able to reship or replace orders affected by these issues. Make sure to select it for added peace of mind!

It does not cover:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect shipping addresses

Shipping Protection is non-refundable, except in cases where the order has not yet been shipped.
